This New York Fashion Week was somewhat underwhelming in terms of street style. Maybe it was too cold and many fashionistas wrapped up into their quirky stuffed animal style coats, which only made naked legs look even more surprising. Anyway, some got it right and here are their best looks.

Kristina Bazan looked stylish in a total caramel beige look (which is arguably the best color for monochromatic outfits). She wore a leather jacket and pants and completed the look with a men's style coat. By the way, layering outerwear was a widespread thing at NYFW. She finished off the look with nude pumps but hey, they match her coat and clutch.

Vogue Australia senior fashion editor Christine Centenera looked professional in her navy blazer-coat (?) polka dot blouse and thigh high suede boots. Her black skirt covered just an inch of her boots making the outfit well put together. So if you had doubts about wearing those to the office, this look might just change your mind.
