Audi Martel
Chicago's Union Park welcomed thousands of people on July 19-21 as it hosted Pitchfork Music Festival 2013. The festival, which is held annually, focuses primarily on artists and bands from alternative rock, electronica, dance music, and hip-hop & rap. As a result, it gathers a lot of fans and musicians who get a chance to show off their talent. But what we are interested in has nothing to do with music, no matter how high its quality is. Fashion is what we are curious about. Let's have a look at the best dressed of this grandiose fest.
Best Fashion Moments of Pitchfork Music Festival 2013
Azeeza Kahn
Three festival attendees opted for denim shorts and seems like it was a pretty good choice. Azeeza Kahn sported a white striped sweatshirt by Kenzo, Atelier Azza bluish-gray scarf with embellishment, and trendy Levi's shorts. Her saucy look is completed with gray suede mesh booties. One thing I would add here is a couple of colorful bangles, otherwise the outfit is gorgeous.
Megan Capps
Megan Capps went for bolder color palette and rocked a multicolored top by Thrifted tucked in her vintage shorts. UNIF shoes in red, black bag by Coach, and a Dolls Kill choker added some edginess to her outfit. What I don't like about this lady's look is her hairstyle. Seems like Megan was so busy putting together pieces of her stylish ensemble that she totally forgot about her hair. It obviously was a last-minute comb (if there was any).
Audi Martel's look is my favorite one. A charcoal top paired with denim shorts, black H&M fringe cape, and coffee ankle booties with fringed edges - sounds quite appealing, doesn't it? But Audi went even beyond that and donned a lovely black wide-brimmed hat by Rag & Bone and Chloe bag. A stylish pendant and a whole bunch of bracelets finished her look.
Abigal Lipp
Abigal Lipp wore a black mini dress and a sleeveless white top with a Minor Treat slogan over it. Black ankle booties, Vintage Gucci bag, and Anthropologie collar perfectly completed the look. Abigal would have looked 100-percent great, if it hadn't been for her oversized left eyebrow that she was trying to hide with her bangs.
Yewon Kim
Yewon Kim sported monochrome trend in a very interesting way. Modcloth dress in black and white, ONA handbag, and Tracy Reese sandals are paired with a straw hat and colorful bracelets. What I liked the most about her outfit is a statement chunky necklace covering the collar of her frock.
Amanda Moore
Amanda Moore opted for a feminine style which I like a lot. A gorgeous cream dress and mahogany sunglasses, both by Urban Outfitters, along with American Apparel headband in burgundy create a truly beautiful look. I love how her stylish handbag in black and tawny matches the sunglasses.
Pitchfork Music Festival 2013 undoubtedly was a huge success. All the attendees definitely enjoyed the great performance as well the energy coming from the musicians. As for us, we got another chance to check out awesome street looks from the beautiful ladies and use it as inspiration for our daily style.
