Firefly Music Festival Fashion Highlights-11

Summer is the season for the music festivals and no doubt, the fashionistas all across the country can’t wait to showcase their awesome outfits and music festival is one of the best places to do that. This time it is the Delaware-based Firefly Music Festival we are going to review, so get prepared for the fashion highlights from this marvelous event.

Firefly Music Festival Fashion

Firefly Music Festival Girl In Neon Shorts This three-day festival gathered about 60 000 music fans, so can you imagine how many amazing outfits were present at the event? The temperatures apparently were rising as the pretty ladies were wearing minimum of clothing. There were also lots of flip flops and that is especially surprising if we remember the looks from the previous music festivals in other parts of the country, like Governors Ball. Well, weather does affect fashion after all. Among the most popular outfits were shorts in their many variations. Like we see in the picture above, this girl opted for awesome neon green shorts with a geometric print monochrome top – very dramatic, don’t you think? There were also cut off shorts, romantic lacy shorts and even star printed shorts among them all. Firefly Music Festival Girl In Cropped Top & Maxi Skirt Another fashion highlight from the Firefly Music festival was presented by skirts. There were also many of them present, from the mini to maxi sizes. Bare tummies were also sort of a trend at the event, as many girls were showcasing their flat and toned up abs. Like the girl in the picture above who was wearing a polka dot cropped top with a modest white maxi skirt accessorized only by a pair of sunglasses. So, the floral patterns, geometric prints, cropped tops with high waist shorts and skirts, maxi and mini dresses, and lots of flip flops – that is a general impression from the Firefly Music Festival. Take a look at the girls present at the event, and try to figure out what they all have in common. [gallery]

Dasha Gold Festival styling look We like to stare at the photos of celebrities and study their fashion style, checking out posts and articles about different events they attend. We upload their pictures and try to copy their fabulous looks which is sort of hard, for we lack the resources they have. Wouldn't it be so much easier to follow our own style? I know what you are going to respond. I absolutely agree, we do need some kind of inspiration, but why not to get it from someone more earthy? Your neighbor, who reads last year magazines and wraps herself in, what she thinks, trendy clothes, is not exactly who I mean. It has to be a stylish girl, who was or is immersed in the fashion industry, has an impeccable taste, and shares her superior ideas publicly. Dasha Gold meets all the criterias to serve as our inspirator and fashion idol!

Trendy and Saucy Looks of Dasha Gold

Dasha Gold is a founder of TheTrendSpotter blog. TheTrendSpotter is an Australian fashion blog which covers the latest trends, events, street and personal style, designers and catwalks from around the world. Dasha has been engaged in the fashion world as a model, stylist, artist and footwear graphic designer, before she decided to start sharing her experiences and fashion with the world.
Fashion is a reflection of who we are; it is in everything that surrounds us. It is a lifestyle we choose to live mixed with the culture and experiences we grew up with. It is through fashion that I share.
This beautiful lady offers looks of different styles and settings with a detailed description of what she wears for each of the photo shoots. She manages to mix all the hottest trends and creates such outstanding outfits, that my mind, busy processing all the information, is able to proceed only one word - Cool! From the animal inspired look with an owl bag and a cute bear hat to a rainbow colored pom-pom vest and striped sandals paired with white socks, Dasha's unique style can't stay unnoticed. My strong affection for individuality just wouldn't let me pass by those photos. Dasha Gold Monochrome trend I wonder if anyone of you would have the same mixed feeling of admiration and jealousity for this phenomenal lady. When I saw her outfits, I felt like trashing all of  my "gorgeous and super fashionable" clothes or donating them to a Delusional Fashionista's Charity House. I could actually hear my next door neighbor tapping the floor with her feet and laughing out so loud that the window glass was about to shatter. And plus, have you noticed how photogenic Dasha is? She looks so natural in every setting, as if she isn't posing at all. Oh, Mom, how come you never suggested me to attend a model academy? Trendy monochrome pants and a top paired with black ankle strap sandals, beautiful jewelry, and saucy blue sunglasses - this is my favorite look of Dasha Gold so far. Check out the gallery to see which oufit will make your hearts fill with both envy and adoration! [gallery]

Elena Perminova: Russian Quartet’s Legally Blonde

Elena Perminova For the older generation Russia is usually associated with communism, Stalin, and Siberia. Younger folks might know there is such a place in the world and probably will even point it out on the map (at least, those who took geography classes seriously). But apart from that, how much do you know about this huge country? It is not the number of square kilometers that I am curious about. I wonder if you are familiar with any Russian celebrities. Not that I am a big fan of Russia and know every single fact about its past and present, but there is one little area that I am quite interested in. And so you are, I am sure. All right, here is a hint - the Russian Quartet. No, it is not a band or anything close to it. The Russian Quartet, or the Russian Pack, is a clique of glamorous and beautiful women of Russian origin, who play a very important role in ... yes, fashion. Read on to learn more about Elena Perminova, one of the four, and her glorious style.

Russian Fantastic Four's Elena Perminova

Elena Perminova, along with Ulyana Sergeenko, a couture designer; Miroslava Duma, a fashion journalist; and Vika Gazinskaya, a designer, is often snapped by various photographers. She attends all the fashion events and never misses a chance to show her impeccable style. Wherever she is spotted, from the haute couture fashion shows to just walks on the street, Elena always demonstrates a perfect taste. She is admired, adored, and, let's be honest, frequently copied. Elena Perminova Elena Perminova Perminova was born on September 1, 1986 in Berdsk, Russia. She had dreamed of becoming a model since the very childhood.  And her natural beauty and great talent couldn't stay unnoticed. At the age of 16 she signed a contract with the local modeling agency Modus Vivendus and had quite a successful career until 2004. That year will probably stay in Elena's memory forever. She was arrested for distributing drugs in a nightclub in Novosibirsk and got a 6-year suspended sentence. This is where her husband-to-be Alexander Lebedev stepped in and literally saved the girl. The charges were dropped and Elena was justified. Sounds like a modified version of Cinderella, except the fairy godmother got replaced by a Russian billionaire. Surely grateful to her rescuer, Perminova couldn't just wave him a good-bye. Soon the couple married and now they are raising two sons - Nikita, 3, and Egor, 1. The Russian socialite is gifted with lots of talents. She is a model, designer, mother, and just a beautiful woman. Her style is adventurous and unique, which is why fashion world welcomed her so eagerly. She likes to explore new names and brands and often opts for the emerging designers. To get more sense of what makes her a fashion icon, check out the gallery and enjoy beautiful looks of Elena Perminova. All her adorable and sophisticated outfits are here for you to enjoy and, maybe, use for your own looks. [gallery]

Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week Street Style Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week Street Style Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week is an event all the designers, models, journalists, photographers, and millions of fashionistas always look forward to. For some people it is an opportunity to prove their talent for the hundredth time, for others - just a chance to make another heading. How about us? Why do we love fashion weeks so much? There is no need to look hard for the answer, is there? Where else can we get so many wonderful ideas on how to prepare our closet for the next season? Or simply create a saucy look to go out on the weekend? This is the reason we check out reviews of every single collection and upload photos of the outfits we like the best. But why not to look at it from a different point of view? Most of the presented collections are full of pretty much evening dresses, whereas daywear is what we actually need. Something more casual and down-to-earth, but still trendy. And this is where we turn to those fashionistas who are a little bit luckier than we are - the shows' attendees. Fortunately, they are eager to pose and share their gorgeous looks with us. Check out the street style of Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week and enjoy 6 incredible outfits!

6 Awesome Looks of Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week: Street Style

Classic black combined with vivid colors always adds a point or two to a lady wearing it. In this case I would add even 3! A beautiful sleeveless chiffon blouse with a big bow perfectly matches a printed yellow maxi skirt. And I totally love the sheer polka-dotted veil that covers her pretty face. Some ladies prefer to not experiment with the colors and opt for the all black outfit. Looking at this blonde in a high-waisted maxi skirt, a sheer lace top, and rather heavy open toes, I can't say I don't like black monochrome. Her outfit is very elegant and stylish indeed. Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week Street Style Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week Street Style A splash of colors was also spotted on the streets in Paris. The blonde and the brunette literally shine with their bright outfits. It is an excellent way to draw even more attention to yourself and remind everyone about your sense of fashion. I like the pink and yellow combination. A fringe dress with a heart print is awesome itself, but when paired with a yellow blazer, there is nothing to do except to exclaim in admiration. A lady with a cute hairstyle and a charming smile also likes yellow, but she combines it with emerald green (which is my favorite color by the way). It is hard to tell whether the yellow basque is an extension of the blouse or a part of her printed pants. But my trained eyes can spot anything in this world, no matter how well it is hidden. How about yours? A less bold, but more sophisticated outfit is a white suit with blue patterned edges by Chanel. A quilted chain bag in white, black, and yellow completes the saucy look. This outfit wouldn't be so adorable without those lovely ankle strap shoes that sit so lovely on the lady's feet. Honestly, if I, by some miracle, happened to be in Paris and walk by this beauty, her shoes would be the first thing I'd notice. Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week Street Style Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week Street Style Another fan of pastel colors is wearing a beige jumpsuit with ruffled sleeves. I love the intricate design of the bottom part and how it matches the black shoes. This lady's outfit is very laconic, which is always good, for I hate to look like a Christmas tree overloaded with various jewelry pieces. Any of these outfits can be easily used by you as an inspiration for your own looks. Whatever you choose, just make sure that it fits you. There is no point in wearing something trendy and super hot, if it does not do any good to you. Remember, we want to look as stylish as those fashionistas, but it does not require copying every single detail.

Anne-Catherine Frey and Her Gorgeous Style

Anne Catherine Frey Anne-Catherine Frey She is only 22 and already works for the French brand The Kooples. She claims to be calm and homey, yet there are plenty of photographers who would kill for a snap of her. This gracile young lady fascinates everyone with her own, inimitable style. You can hardly find another girl who would wear the clothes she chooses better or even close to the way she does it. Her short hair makes it hard to not recognize her. You know who I am talking about, don't you? It is Anne Catherine Frey herself and her mesmerizing style!

Stunning Style of Anne-Catherine Frey

Anne-Catherine Frey was born in Luxembourg to creative parents (her father is an architect). When she describes her childhood, she often mentions her shyness.
I was always a quiet, shy child. I remember drawing for hours; I preferred being alone than being surrounded by many people.
As a teenager, Anne put all her efforts into studying, rather than spent hours at some bars or cafes. She loved to draw, and still does. This is what might have helped her to get a job at The Kooples, although she is not ready to reveal this mystery yet.
It's a secret between me and my boss! But I'd say that wearing a lot of Kooples for public appearances caught certain people's eyes.
Anne Catherine Frey Anne-Catherine Frey Whatever she is trying to hide from us, I am sure it is her talent and a perfect sense of beauty that affected her boss's decision. Before working for the French brand, this pretty brunette studied fashion design at ESMOD in Paris. Very soon she started A Truly Intriguing Subject blog, which happened to be a great success. Now Anne-Catherine Frey is famous and notable in the fashion industry. Her blog is followed by millions of people and her unique style has been served as an inspiration for a lot of fashionistas. Her outfits are full of creativity, boldness, and charm that all together are so hard to resist. No matter what she wears, from a bright fuchsia dress paired with red tights to an all-floral outfit with a knitted sweater over, it looks gorgeous. I wonder how she comes up with such elaborate looks. Although she says it does not take her forever to decide what to wear, seems like every single outfit of hers is a result of a long search and hard work. I admire the way Anne dresses - she is not afraid to be the first one on the fashion path. Who said you couldn't combine a burgundy sheer blouse with a burgundy polka-dotted skirt and tie a shirt of the same color around your hips? Or wear a colorful printed mini skirt and a bright orange jacket together? You can do whatever you want! The world is your oyster after all! I am very curious about how many of you got really impressed and inspired by Anne-Catherine Frey's amazing style. I do not encourage you to try her looks on or follow her path. My only intention was to show you that different is not necessarily bad. She has an alternative view of fashion and this is exactly why we love her so much! [gallery]

Dasha Gold Dasha Gold One thing I love about Dasha Gold is her impeccable sense of fashion. Somehow she knows what clothing pieces to combine and manages to create totally outstanding looks. I wonder whether such a useful skill is something you are born with or it can be developed throughout the lifetime. I will cross my fingers in a hope for the second one, for I hate to admit the fact of my complete hopelessness. Anyway, forget about my personal concerns and enjoy two gorgeous looks of this beautiful young woman.

Two Stylish Outfits by Dasha Gold

Dasha Gold offered two resort inspired looks that are super trendy. In both photo shoots the beauty poses against ocean background featuring a wondrous view of blue waves, empty pier, and impressive J244 ship. Dasha, as always, was lensed by her husband Colin Gold. So smart of him - I also wouldn't let such an attractive young lady pose for anyone else except for myself. Sitting on the pier with her legs hanging down the ladder, the Australian blogger looks very relaxed yet confident. A white sheer shirt by Jamie Ashkar and Daniel K crop top are paired with Serpent & Swan pants. She adds a gorgeous crystal cross necklace by Peter Lang and a super yummy MC clutch in fuchsia, which gives a bright hue to this almost monochrome outfit. But what I like the most about this ensemble is her mindblowing studded white pumps by The Mode Collective. Dasha Gold Dasha Gold Another look is as fantastic as the fisrt one. Seems like the print on her Jamie Ashkar shirt and skirt matches the ocean waves. I love the color combination - delicate turquoise and calm timberwolf. A pair of elegant gray ankle booties by The Mode Collective along with a bright clutch perfectly complete the outfit. And her beige sunglasses are the piece I fell for right away! Where in the world does she get all those trendy and cool things? These were two delicious looks from one of my favorite bloggers. Which outfit did you like the most?

Audi Martel Audi Martel Chicago's Union Park welcomed thousands of people on July 19-21 as it hosted Pitchfork Music Festival 2013. The festival, which is held annually, focuses primarily on artists and bands from alternative rock, electronica, dance music, and hip-hop & rap. As a result, it gathers a lot of fans and musicians who get a chance to show off their talent. But what we are interested in has nothing to do with music, no matter how high its quality is. Fashion is what we are curious about. Let's have a look at the best dressed of this grandiose fest.

Best Fashion Moments of Pitchfork Music Festival 2013

Azeeza Kahn Azeeza Kahn Three festival attendees opted for denim shorts and seems like it was a pretty good choice. Azeeza Kahn sported a white striped sweatshirt by Kenzo, Atelier Azza bluish-gray scarf with embellishment, and trendy Levi's shorts. Her saucy look is completed with gray suede mesh booties. One thing I would add here is a couple of colorful bangles, otherwise the outfit is gorgeous. Megan Capps Megan Capps Megan Capps went for bolder color palette and rocked a multicolored top by Thrifted tucked in her vintage shorts. UNIF shoes in red, black bag by Coach, and a Dolls Kill choker added some edginess to her outfit. What I don't like about this lady's look is her hairstyle. Seems like Megan was so busy putting together pieces of her stylish ensemble that she totally forgot about her hair. It obviously was a last-minute comb (if there was any). Audi Martel's look is my favorite one. A charcoal top paired with denim shorts, black H&M fringe cape, and coffee ankle booties with fringed edges - sounds quite appealing, doesn't it? But Audi went even beyond that and donned a lovely black wide-brimmed hat by Rag & Bone and Chloe bag. A stylish pendant and a whole bunch of bracelets finished her look. Abigal Lipp Abigal Lipp Abigal Lipp wore a black mini dress and a sleeveless white top with a Minor Treat slogan over it. Black ankle booties, Vintage Gucci bag, and Anthropologie collar perfectly completed the look. Abigal would have looked 100-percent great, if it hadn't been for her oversized left eyebrow that she was trying to hide with her bangs. Yewon Kim Yewon Kim Yewon Kim sported monochrome trend in a very interesting way. Modcloth dress in black and white, ONA handbag, and Tracy Reese sandals are paired with a straw hat and colorful bracelets. What I liked the most about her outfit is a statement chunky necklace covering the collar of her frock. Amanda Moore Amanda Moore Amanda Moore opted for a feminine style which I like a lot. A gorgeous cream dress and mahogany sunglasses, both by Urban Outfitters, along with American Apparel headband in burgundy create a truly beautiful look. I love how her stylish handbag in black and tawny matches the sunglasses. Pitchfork Music Festival 2013 undoubtedly was a huge success. All the attendees definitely enjoyed the great performance as well the energy coming from the musicians. As for us, we got another chance to check out awesome street looks from the beautiful ladies and use it as inspiration for our daily style.

Alexa Chung Alexa Chung Alexa Chung, the well-known socialite and It-girl, poses for the online fashion retailer mytheresa.com. The goal of the photo shoot is to acknowledge fashionable women and have them reveal some of their secrets. The monthly series of interview and photo sets has started with charming Alexa and her impeccable style.

Alexa Chung Poses for Mytheresa.com

The beauty was photographed by Jason Kim and posed against a very moderate studio background. The British fashionista sported gorgeous outfits by Valentino, Acne Studios, and Saunt Laurent. Credits for make-up and hair go to Tamah K and Diego de la Silva respectively. This is how Alexa describes her personal style:
If I need to feel strong I wear more masculine pieces. If I’m feeling more feminine, I’ll throw on a dress. It really is that simple.
When asked about her favorite outfit at the shoot, she was pretty positive about her choice and without any hesitation exclaimed: “The Valentino dress!”.  No wonder, this elegant frock in maya blue with a brownish-purple neckline and sheer panels on the sleeves and décolleté is incredibly beautiful. Although my favorite look is different from hers. The navy blue coat paired with black leather mini dress, both by Saunt Laurent, is what I immediately fell for. Alexa looks very trendy on this picture. There is some mystery in her eyes as well as steel-like stubbornness. It is the only photo where the setting is not a plain studio. She is leaning against the border of some roof letting us recognize scenes of a busy mega polis. One thing I loved about the interview is Alexa’s statement:
I don’t let other people’s opinions dictate the way I dress. I really don’t care what other people think.
I totally agree with her point of view and I think this is exactly what makes her an icon in the fashion world. She follows her own taste, not bothering with standards and stereotypes. She knows for sure what fits her and what doesn’t. This beautiful young lady has an incredible ability to mix styles, colors and textures, and create outstanding outfits that are used as inspiration by millions of fashionistas around the world. DJ Yasmin: A Girl with Awesome Style

DJ Yasmin DJ Yasmin In case you don't know who DJ Yasmin is, no worries - I will introduce you to her background and life timeline in a few seconds. For now, just take a minute and think: are there a lot of female DJ's who are famous enough to be talked about? I bet you are shrugging shoulders now, not able to come up with a name. Well, if anyone ever asks you this question again, you know what to answer.

DJ Yasmin's Life Style and Fashion Sense

DJ Yasmin (Yasmin Zarine Shahmir) is a British DJ and singer-songwriter. She was born in Manchester, England on December 21, 1988. Her exotic appearance can be explained with the fact that she has Iranian and Scottish roots. Yasmin's breakthrough in singing career happened in October 2010, when she appeared on rapper Devlin's single Runaway. Before that she was DJing for a number of artists, including Taio Cruz, POB and N.E.R.D. With the release of her first single On My Own (30 January 2011), Yasmin became one of the hottest new artists to come out of the UK. What we are interested in the most is the fashion side of her story. Her style is just like herself: fresh, unique and very creative. I love the way she combines different clothing pieces and creates various looks. Yasmin obviously enjoys being in the spotlight. Not only it is her music that draws people's attention, but also is it the beauty's fashion sense, which helps her stay on trend. DJ Yasmin DJ Yasmin One thing I like a lot about DJ Yasmin's style is the fact that she can be different. Depending on what occasion it is that she is attending, the British musician opts for an appropriate look. An elegant black gown with an open back is a perfect match for the BRIT Awards 2011 Ceremony, whereas Beyonce's album launch event requires something less classic, just like that denim overalls skirt paired with a striped shirt and cool fuchsia wedges. Apparently, Yasmin is in deep love with one particular hairdo - a bun. She always styles it in a slightly different way and I adore all of her variations. She also goes for sort of messy waves, but they fit her a lot as well. I absolutely love the accessories she dons: edgy and a bit funky jewelry pieces along with saucy hats and sunglasses each add some special zest to her outfits. What do you think of the white headscarf wrapped around her bun or the massive ring and bracelet in gold? I am sure, you also fell for it! Have a look at more photos of this beautiful DJ and get some more enthusiasm to create stylish and trendy looks of your own. Yasmin has all chances to become an icon of street fashion and we will definitely keep track of her striking outfits. [gallery]

Vintage Look by Dasha Gold

Dasha Gold Dasha Gold Not sure how to put together a vintage outfit? No worries, this post will definitely help you. Dasha Gold, the fashionable Australian blogger, shared her newest look. So if you are stuck somewhere in the middle of the how-in-the-world-do-I-wear-vintage step, make a pause and read on.

Dasha Gold's Vintage Inspired Outfit

Vintage has been incredibly popular for the past few seasons. Actually, it has become some kind of obsession. Some ladies have a tendency to invade their grandmothers' chests without any specific goal. As a result, they fish out half-century-old items and, not fully aware of what to do with them, create a "vintage" outfit. They might consider it to be super trendy, while in fact they wrap their bodies in a mixture of tasteless and old-fashioned clothing pieces. Just because your Granny wore it to high school does not mean that it is going to turn into a saucy item. To create a stylish vintage look, you don't have to search for antiques - just follow your fashion taste and common sense. At least, this is what Dasha Gold seemed to have done and her outfit is totally awesome. Lensed, as always, by her husband Colin Gold, Dasha poses against natural backdrop. Looking at the images, it is quite hard to believe that the photo shoot was styled by the blogger herself. If I didn't know that, I would think some experienced fashion stylist took part in the process. Dasha looks absolutely stunning in this bright outfit. I bet, it would be pretty tough to pass by such a lady without looking back at her. The beauty rocked a striped dress in black and white by Australian brand Mister Zimi. No, it is not a mistype - a dress. It is not a shirt, top or blouse, no matter how hard you will try to convince me. According to Dasha's own comment, she paired the frock with high-waisted denim shorts from Little Lost Land. Little Lost Land is a Melbourne-located store that Dasha has recently discovered. Apparently, she enjoyed her new find a lot:
Its unique and quirky selection of clothes, accessories and sunglasses are incredible. Striking colours and prints, unusual designs and the atmosphere of the store will make you loose a sense of time.
The vintage look she offered is accessorised by a delicious red poncho jacket and a colorful head scarf, also purchased in that store. Dasha added Bared Footwear leather ankle booties in black and a gorgeous Orly Genger Jaclyn Mayer necklace. I love her saucy sunglasses as well as the elegant black clutch with brown edges. There is one thing I would change though. Had she opted for tights of a brighter color, the outfit would have appeared to look more 80s. Dasha Gold must have an endless source of inspiration, which might explain how she comes up with so many incredible looks. What do you think of her vintage outfit? anne-catherine-frey-vs-dasha-gold-best-look-2 Anne-Catherine Frey One thing I love about following fashion bloggers is a chance to get some fresh ideas that I can use in practice. It can take me forever to click on numerous photos of stylish people who are eager to share their fashion taste with everyone. And I am incredibly thankful for such a great opprotunity, for there are not so many sources of inspiration. When I ran into Anne-Catherine Frey's latest look that she released via her own blog, I thought: "Wow, there is definitely something captivating in that simple yet saucy outfit". But the moment I spotted Dasha Gold and her new Sports Luxe outfit, I was stunned. How in the world do they manage to come up with such stylish and effortlessly gorgeous ensembles? Unable to pick the one I like the best, I decided to share both of them with you. Let's see what your verdict is going to be.

Fashion Battle: Anne-Catherine Frey and Dasha Gold

Anne-Catherine Frey opted for casual style. As she wrote in her blog, she was "thinking about simple outfits for summer". The last thing she was actually searching for was a white T-shirt and a pair of gray jeans, and look what we got here?
I digged a bit through my wayyy too small closet and found these lovely pieces, and hey: it's a white t-shirt and grey denim but yet it looks so much more refreshing and less "I'm at work but actually I'm already on the beach in my mind". Tried it out and got it confirmed, I love the simplicity of the outfit and the play with textures and prints, I honestly never thought I'd wear jeans with printed stars on them ever again.
What I like the most about her look is this absolutely incredible pair of shoes. Both the color and the design add some edginess to the outfit. anne-catherine-frey-vs-dasha-gold-best-look-1 Dasha Gold Dasha Gold found inspiration for her new look in the skateboarding culture.
I love the ‘free thinking’ mentality, independence and drive to progress that goes hand in hand with this sport...I see ‘sport luxe’ styling as a reflection of this lifestyle, it is all about comfort and freedom of expression, it is unisex, casual and cool.
The Australian blogger rocks black leather pants, black and white T-shirt with a TOMBOY slogan and a white vest, all by Imonni. Peep Toe sandals along with Little Lost Land sunglasses, Sportsgirl metallic bracelets and Silk Stone Wood earrings complete her monochrome outfit. I love the way she did her hair - it reflects exactly what she said about "freedom of expression". Do you like Anne-Catherine Frey's casual look or Dasha Gold's sporty outfit?

dasha-gold-for-michaela-menichelli-2013-campaign-2 Dasha Gold Dasha Gold is here with her latest photoshoot update. I am sure, it is not only me now who adores both her style and the impeccable ability to pose in front of the camera. This young lady is beautiful and talented - what else does a woman need to succeed in this life? Well, maybe a husband who happens to be an awesome photographer would be a cool asset to all the above. Certainly, Dasha is super lucky to possess everything a girl can ever dream of. And in addition to what she has already done as a model and blogger, the beauty starred in Michaela Menichelli 2013 Campaign.

Michaela Menichelli Teams Up with Dasha Gold: 2013 Ad Campaign

Michaela Menichelli is an Australian designer well-known for the superior handbags that she creates.
The driving force behind Michaela Menichelli draws creative inspiration from exotic cultures in far off countries. The preparation and use of unique, raw materials ensure each piece is a one of a kind statement for fashion forward individuals.
I love all the bags featured in the campaign. Michaela Menichelli obviously knows what makes a lady happy. Gorgeous design, excellent fabric and perfect styling - this is what you will find in the photoshoot. Besides, Dasha, as always, astonishes with her irresistible charm and outstanding talent. This is what the blogger thinks of this recent collaboration:
It was a great pleasure to work with the lovely Michaela Menichelli  on the campaign photo shoot for her self-titled label. The wonderful craftsmanship, unique character and concept behind Michaela Menichelli bags makes every one of her pieces stand out. The bags are designed for passionate, strong, fashion forward women who love to accessorise their wardrobes with one-of-a-kind statement pieces.
For the photoshoot, Dasha sports a number of saucy and trendy clothing pieces by Bec & Bridge, Talulah, Shakuhachi, Lady Fox, Rag & Bone and Rachel Gilbert Zanetta. All the outfits amaze with the way the pieces are put together. I, personally, would never ever come up with something like Shakuhachi Serpent envelope skirt in blue, white and black, which is paired with black leather crop top and Rag & Bone white jacket. Capri clutch in yummy fuchsia seems to be a great way to complete this stylish look. Dasha Gold managed to meet the criterias of Michaela Menichelli  for a good model. She makes these awesome handbags look even more fabulous and appealing. [gallery ids="12905,12904,12903,12901,12902"]

Eleonora Carisi

One thing I love about fashion weeks, and I am sure so do you, is that they provide us with incredibly valuable information on the hottest trends and most stylish outfits of the coming seasons. It is always nice to browse through the images of the runway shows, enjoying beautiful creations of the experienced designers. Or, on the contrary, marking particular clothing pieces as the hugest mistakes of the fashion world. But there is also another side of the fashion show. The numerous guests who are super lucky to attend such events sometimes look even more fabulous and saucy than those striding down the catwalk. This is also a great advantage of any fashion week. Let's have a look at the best off-stage outfits of New York Spring/Summer 2014 Fashion Week.

New York Spring/Summer 2014 Fashion Week: Off-Stage Inspiration

Kerry Washington
Kerry Washington

Kerry Washington wowed in a super elegant dress. This is one of my favorite fits - an off-shoulder shift dress. The delicate and simple silhouette stresses Kerry's slender body. I love the desert sand color that offsets her tanned skin. To complete the look, she added a pair of nude scarpins and minaudiere in gold.

Chiarra Ferragni
Chiarra Ferragni

Chiarra Ferragni presented a more trendy look. The fashion blogger donned a floral mini with an asymmetrical hemline, which she paired with a silk black shirt featuring a gorgeous rose. Black chain bag in quilted leather, a tiny locket and a wide-brimmed hat accessorized the outfit. The blonde beauty opted for black ankle booties that perfectly go with the whole ensemble.

Jasmine
Jasmine

Another blogger, Jasmine seems to be a big fan of black. She rocked a vintage strapless top tucked into the flary pants with gold embellishments. To style her look, the brunette added a pair of cool sunglasses by Ralph Lauren, Christian Louboutin pumps and a polka-dotted pouch by Comme Des Garçons.

Eleonora Carisi looked totally amazing! She sported Tory Burch dress in lemon chiffon and a dodger blue leather jacket with studs by Roberto Cavalli. What I loved the most about her outfit is a pair of absolutely striking yellow shoes by Greymer Shoes. An elegant Porche & Chanel bag in mint and black completed the look.

Mara Ferreira
Mara Ferreira

Mara Ferreira offered a variation of smart casual style, which I, personally, adore a lot. A deep blue blazer by Alice + Olivia is paired with a cream blouse featuring black edge lines. Tufs blue pants by J.Crewlook look awesome with an elegant leopard belt and 3.1 Phillip Lim brown bag. And, of course, this look wouldn't get so much appraisements if it wasn't for Manolo Blahnik pumps in nude that the blogger donned.

Miroslava Duma
Miroslava Duma

Miroslava Duma, the Russian fashion icon, looks magnificent regardless of what she wears. This time was not an exception. This sleeveless mini frock in slate gray with white specks forming a beautiful design stresses her slim and toned legs. Black heels in suede perfectly complement the look and along with the bomber that she carries in her hand create quite an edgy impession. I like the way she did her hair - effortlessly and cool.

New York Spring/Summer 2014 Fashion Week Show attendee
Show attendee

Here is a fan of a monochrome trend. A beautiful show attendee rocked a silk shirt in black with oversized shoulders, which is paired with high-waisted white pants. I would expect here a pair of sky-scraping heels, but no - metallic gladiators look pretty flat. And this is what makes this look so unique. I like the massive necklace as well as the saucy sunglasses and this red and black handbag.

I hope you enjoyed these stylish looks from New York Spring/Summer 2014 Fashion Week. Use them as a source of inspiration and come up with your own ones!

London Spring/Summer 2014 Fashion Week London Spring/Summer 2014 Fashion Week Here is another set of saucy looks from the fashionable and famous attendees of London Spring/Summer 2014 Fashion Week. I am sure you enjoyed the previous outfits presented within New York Fashion Week. If it wasn't enough for you (and for some reason I am very positive it wasn't), then this is a great chance to get more inspiration. You might bump into the same faces, but, trust me, the outfits will be totally different. Read on to find out more about the most stylish off-stage looks of another fashion week.

London Spring/Summer 2014 Fashion Week: Stylish Looks

Camille Charriere Camille Charriere Camille Charriere, the British fashion blogger, is supposed to don trendy outfits. Otherwise how can she gain so much popularity and appraisement among the fashionistas of the world. Her lovely Topshop coat in rose pink reminds me of a cotton candy or my favorite bubble gum. A gray checkered mini skirt is paired with an ivory sweatshirt over a black top. I love her incredible shoes by Tibi that go with the elegant clutch in black. Pernille Teisbaek Pernille Teisbaek Another gorgeous coat by Theory is sported by Pernille Teisbaek, another blogger. This time it is a more moderate color - deep ochre. This look is very appealing due to the interesting combination of Acne sweatshirt with slogan that almost exceeds in length her mini skirt. Suede cowboy boots in bronze complete the look and match the tawny clutch that the Danish beauty seems to be hiding. Here comes my favorite look. It is so bright, energetic and unique, that you will fall for it just like I did. A charming show attendee rocked a biker jacket by BB Dakota. What makes it so special is the bright emerald color, which is really unusual for an outerwear piece. The beauty doesn't stop here and adds a true blue flare skirt that is paired with a bronze sweater. I like the way she played with her light gold shoes and wore them with black socks. An elegant handbag complements the look, adding a final touch to the whole outfit.  Elena Perminova Elena Perminova Elena Perminova, one of the Russian Quartet, is being herself. The blonde beauty looks incredibly sophisticated and alluring. A leather Burberry Prorsum coat in fawn contrasts with the burgundy pencil skirt, which is accessorised with a gold belt. I adore her lace shoes as well as the fringed handbag that matches the color of the skirt. Christine Centenera Christine Centenera Christine Centenera rocks a pleaded ensemble and, despite all the stereotypes and rules, does not resemble the chess board at all. This is a perfect example of a sophisticated outfit thta is absolutely in vogue. J.W. Anderson skirt in red and gray excellently goes with the blue and white blouse. Black maxi blazer offsets the brightness of the outfit and matches the dark green clutch. Christine also adds a pair of leopard-printed shoes to complete her saucy look. London Spring/Summer 2014 Fashion Week attendee Show attendee And the last, but not the least - another show attendee definitely posesses a very good taste. The brunette with a lovely haircut rocks trendy Boyfriend jeans with cut-outs on knees. To make the ensemble look more saucy and a bit edgy, she adds a white shirt with an asymmetrical bottom and a pink and yellow knitted sweater over it. Cream scarpins fit into the style of the outfit and add some fresh zest to the look. London Spring/Summer 2014 Fashion Week presented awesome articles of clothings by the prominent designers, as well as super striking outfits by the show guests.

Thassia Naves Thassia Naves One thing I love about fashion bloggers is that they are so confident about their style. You will never ever meet a blogger who hesitates about her outfit. No matter how out-of-world it is, the girl manages to wear it in such an effortless way that it becomes a statement the very next second. Such ensembles are usually very bold and unique - not every single lady dares to dress as a blogger does. So sometimes, looking at the photos of Anne-Catherine Frey, Dasha Gold, Elena Perminova, Miroslava Duma and others, my innner crazy ego gets some sort of satisfaction. And this is what happened this time as well. From the very first picture of Thassia Naves, I realized my strong affection for this Brazilian blogger and her awesome style. Read on to see whether you share my attitude!

Brazilian Street Fashion: Gorgeous Looks of Thassia Naves

This beautiful lady is just 22 years old, but looking at her mind-blowing outfits it is hard to believe that such a young girl can come up with sophisticated and tasteful ensembles. She has education background in mining industry, which is absolutely surprising as I would never consider an elegant and exquisite lady like her to be interested in this field. Well, pretty women are full of secrets and surprises, aren't they? Despite her very serious qualification, now she fully dedicated herself to the world of fashion. Thassia shares her gorgeous looks through her own blog, which is called Blog de Thassia. Besides posting photos of her own outfits, she also writes about various fashion events (including runway shows) that take place throughout the world. By the way, the beauty loves to travel a lot, which is always good, since you can get plenty of inspiration walking down the streets of different cities. Thassia is super popular in Brazil. She is always invited as a guest to various fashon shows, VIP parties, opening ceremonies, presentations of new collections and so on. Her bright and catchy style can't leave anyone untouched. She manages to combine clothing pieces that any other huiman being would rank as incompatible ones and therefore dump them. Among her favorite brands are Valentino, YSL and Chanel, but she also goes for the Brazilian designers. You can find thousands of people following and adoring her on Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram and so forth. Her loyal fans keep commenting on her photos and sharing how they love this beautiful lady with everyone. I have to admit, if she keeps up with her style, I might also be one of her followers. Thassia's looks amaze with the color and texture combinations, magnificent accessories that she styles every single look with and of course her natural charm and beauty stressed by these outfits. Dasha Gold at Spring/Summer 2014 New York Fashion Week
Dasha Gold at Spring/Summer 2014 New York Fashion Week

Dasha Gold is always in vogue. So, no wonder that her appearances at Spring/Summer 2014 New York Fashion Week shows were all full of great style. This Australian blogger knows how to draw attention to her outstanding personality. And this is a feature that makes a beautiful woman more appealing and desirable. You have to be aware of serving your beauty in a proper way, otherwise you will end up wondering how on earth you are left out and not praised. Dasha is surely experienced in this kind of matter, for all her looks blossom with charm and appeal.

Dasha Gold Style: Spring/Summer 2014 NY Fashion Week

The beauty was extremely excited about her participation as an attendee in such a prominent event in the fashion world. Would you feel any different, if you were invited to attend at least one of  New York Fashion Week shows? I can tell,  I would be so flabbergasted,  shocked and perplexed, that there would be no way I could concentrate on the clothing choice. Luckily, Dasha is not that impressible, which is why she managed to come up with such gorgeous ensembles.

We are very excited to have been part of Spring 2014 New York Fashion Week. Our trip was filled with unforgettable moments and encounters with iconic people in the fashion, art and film industries. We attended and photographed some of the top runway shows such as DKNY, Ralph Lauren, Lacoste, Herve Leger, Max Azria, Jill Stuart, Nautica, Carolina Herrera, and Richard Chai.

Dasha was so kind to share her 6 outfits with us. My favorite one features a Queen Khan colorful chiffon blouse and a pine green pencil skirt by Mossman. I love the length of the latter as it reveals Dasha's beautiful legs. To accessorize the look, she added a Lady Fox clutch in silver, neon green and purple ring by Cut Throat O.T.S from Where Are My Stars and a pair of elegant ankle straps in beige. One more detail that makes the ensemble so trendy is a pair of super stylish sunglasses, which match the outfit's color palette.

We have been featured in over 40 online magazines, blogs and TV channels across the world. I wore Australian designer clothing mixing established local brands with upcoming labels and the works of young fashion design graduates.

Another look that definitely deserves our attention is rather glam rock. A black strapless peplum top by Sheike is paired with Mossman pants in black and white pattern and a fuchsia Sheike Love Triangle jacket over. I adore the way the blogger styled her outfit with Limited edition Lovisa necklace, Lady Fox Python clutch in fuchsia and RMK black patent pumps. And here is the last touch to the composition - a plain cap in black contrasts with Dasha's sleek blonde tresses, adding that rock zest.

Dasha Gold, as always, rocked in her outfits. I am pretty sure her awesome style and fashion taste were spotted and recognized by other attendees of the show as well as various photographers and reporters. To see more of the saucy looks, check out the gallery.

Dasha Gold Dasha Gold Dasha Gold, the Australian blogger, is here again. Recently she has been super busy, as Dasha was invited to attend the shows of New York Fashion Week. I assume, now the beauty works hard on improving her blog. Taking pictures, posing for the photographers and creating saucy looks sound very exhausting. However, she managed and accomplished all her goals well. One of the proofs is this photoset.

Dasha Gold: Street Style

This time Dasha collaborated with  Shakuhachi, the Australian brand. The blogger created a vey saucy look which can be interpreted as both sporty and glam-chic. Also, the look reminds me of Rihanna or Rita Ora, both loving the crop tops. Dasha Gold Dasha Gold
One of the biggest recurring street style and runway trends that stood out in New York, Paris and Milan is the monochrome styling. What fascinates me about this trend is the endless amount of ways to put it together; it suits almost all kinds of personalities, body shapes and evolves with introduction of the new wardrobe basics, the character of the wearer and their personal style. It allows you to look beyond the colour or prints, to play with shapes, textures and sizes. With monochromes it is easier to mix and match swimwear with office wear and daywear with evening-wear.
You will definitely fall in love with what Dasha offers this time. The ensemble is entirely monochrome, but for a pair of elegant ankle straps with gold styling. Black and white pants are paired with the matching blazer, whereas the bold strappy bikini top reveals Dasha's tuned abs and slim waist. A python clutch in black, jewelry pieces and trendy glasses in white accessorized the look.
It is a great pleasure to team up with one of Australia’s top fashion labels Shakuhachi on this exciting summer styling project. I have always adored the brand’s vision, unique and on-trend designs, and I am totally addicted to the latest Summer 2013 collection.
Dasha Gold should do more collaborations with Shakuhachi, as the first one was pretty successful.

smart-casual-look-from-dasha-gold-2

smart-casual-look-from-dasha-gold-2 Dasha Gold Dasha Gold is always ready to delight her fans. I don't know how she is doing it, but everytime I see one of her new looks, I immediately fall in love with it. It doesn't even matter that I was drooling over the previous one just a minute ago. There is something enchanting about this young lady. Or else she must be keeping some kind of a mystery - that is the only reasonable explanation. I keep wondering how on earth one can come up with such wonderful outfits and wear them as if they were nothing more than a set of clothing pieces. And the way she poses makes me feel a bit jealous. Take a look at the newest look by Dasha Gold and see what you feel about it.

Dasha Gold Goes Smart Casual

Smart casual is one of my favorite styles, so I have more than one reason to adore this particular look. I always look forward to checking Dasha's updates, as she offers incredibly saucy and elegant outfits. None of her ensembles has ever been vulgar or impossible to wear in public. To me, it is a great ability to combine fashion taste and moderate temper. This time the Australian blogger poses against a very beautiful setting that features sea shore, ship, bridge and what seems to be 100-year old ruins. As always, the beauty was lensed by her husband, Colin Gold. smart-casual-look-from-dasha-gold-1 Dasha Gold I absolutely love this outfit. It is no where a fall look, which makes it even more appealing. This is exactly what we need on a rainy and gloomy day, when nothing except a soft cushion and a cup of hot chocolate seems to be good enough. But the more I look at this bright outfit, the better I feel. Dasha sported a sleeveless white top and yellow skirt with asymmetrical hemline, both by Mossman. To add a rainbow touch, she rocked a yellow and blue blazer with geometric print by SheInside and a pair of gorgeous wedges in coral pink. A white belt with gold styling by Sheike, blue minaudiere by Shag and super stylish Little Lost Land sunglasses make the look more desirable. By the way, all the presented pieces were created by Australian designers. Dasha Gold seems to have an endless source of inspiration. Which makes me very curious about her next saucy look.
